This steep site in Lenah Valley presented our team with a challenge from which some creative solutions blossomed.
A collaborative effort between Skookom, Peter Liddington of Liddington Architects and the owners Aimee and George, this elegant 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home focussed on clever use of space, a low impact footprint and energy efficiency.
Capturing all day sun and emphasising the use of natural light whist capturing spectacular views of the surrounding valley, Skookom’s typical attention to detail has been foregrounded in this design, not only in the finishing but also within the structure.
